Not giving your lash technician a minimum of 24 HOURS NOTICE makes it harder to fill for the appointment meaning we miss out on income. This policy allows us to better utilize available appointments for our clients.
When booking for your appointment, you will be asked to pay a $20 DEPOSIT that will be credited towards your service/s.
if for any reason you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must text at least 24 HOURS before your appointment and your deposit will be carried over to your next appointment with us. Providing less than 24 hours notice will forfeit your deposit. Not providing any notice at all will also result in your deposit being forfeited.
If you arrive more than 15 MINUTES LATE to your appointment, your service will be considered a no-show and your appointment will be cancelled. Please let us know if you have ANY questions at all about our Cancelation Policy-
You may only bring one guest with you that is over the age of 15. No children are allowed in the salon for safety reasons.
